The Heritage Farm Museum and Village features a preservation of Appalachian culture, with 16 different historical buildings, wedding facilities, accommodation and more. Tours are available throughout the year (weather permitting) with the exception of December, January and February.

This interpretive center focuses on the coal industry and the miner who worked it during the 19th and 20th centuries. The historic home of the founder of Beckley can also be found in their park. A children's museum is also located on-site.

Graham House
Located minutes east of Hinton, the Graham House is West Virginia’s oldest standing home, constructed in 1770 while the state was under British rule. Costumed docents lead guided tours.
